Well - there you go. I'm back to the weight I said goodbye to a WEEK ago. DON'T DEVIATE. IT ISN'T WORTH IT!!

Back to good ol' VLCD today. I had lemon-pepper cod with two handfuls of mixed organic salad greens and a small apple. Dinner was lemon-sauteed chicken with celery, a small apple and a piece of Melba toast (my daughter loves the grissini too! lol).

Eddie had an apple for breakfast, 96/4 ground beef and cabbage for lunch, and for dinner he ate chicken and a sliced large tomato.

We'll see if my prayers for forgiveness are answered and the scale starts moving again tomorrow. Night y'all!

Sorry to see that Amie - but girl, you learned your lesson early - go back to the basics and lets WILL this gain away.

Wendy's??? Come on, really - if your gonna deviate, make is something other than Wendy's!!! HA!

LOL Thanks, Biz. We were going to go to Logan's for some steak (Did someone say STEAK?? - Deuce Bigelow. Classic.) but we were running out of time. I guess it was one of those, "How bad could it BE?" situations. So now I know :)

Glad you're Back!! Now I have a chance to catch you in the weight loss department! Ha! Probably not (the way you drop pounds :), I've been feeling so lously lately, so if I stop posting, call 911, I've probably "falling and can't get up"!! Seriously, I did dream of your Wendy's. I missed you!!

Ouch hon! Yea I am so scared to "cheat" b/c I am worried I will be addicted again. :D But tell me, how was the chicken sandwich...really? Was it as good as I remember? LOL Sorry I have to be silly every once in a while.

Yes, back to the basics. Our bodies are funny machines that have to be fed a certain way and any deviation from that seems to make the body stall. Hmmmm...
