Eddie went to bed without his shot last night and didn't weigh this morning. :P Rough day. Hopefully he'll be back on it tomorrow.
I figured I'd gain some today. I weighed myself Sunday much later than usual, and like I said - I'd been a lil naughty the night before. Sooo... I expected to be up. But - I'm down a pound from Saturday yet, so that averages out to a half pound yesterday and today. :) I'm cool with that! Not much to report today. I'm getting that mid-protocol itch, I think. Ready to be done ... maybe the ghost of my cravings and food addiction coming back to haunt me a little. I dunno. I'm kind of hungry today, but I haven't been eating my veggies really at all. We just got some tomatoes at the store, so I'll prolly have those tomorrow .. maybe one tonight.
AUGH! I've got to shake these doldrums! ;) Tomorrow is a new day! My body is going to fight dropping into the 150's for all it's worth I think. I've been in the 160's for a couple of years now... It will come, I know it. Just need to hang in there and have faith in the process.
Menus:
Amie Lunch: chicken and mustard .. sauteed in lemon and orange juice and water. Pretty good! Also one grissini.
Dinner: chicken and mustard, satueed in lemon juice. One grissini.
Snack: apple
Eddie Lunch: grissini and apple
Dinner: chicken and onion
G'night!

Amie, I can totally relate! I'm grateful to be done with P2 (yet looking forward to the next round). Me and my Eddie were right where you are now-feeling the same way! Thankfully as the pounds drop and as the time goes by you will get over it! We were somewhat "liberal" on P2 with a few cheats and now having all the options of P3 our appetites are different-we are different. We always joked that this protocol was our "food rehab" and I would say it took us the entire 47 days to get "cured". I can't wait to read your comments at the end...I'm sure you'll be surprised too at how you'll feel! Anyway, love your blog...keep goin ya'll...you're kickin' some A@*!
Oh Amie, I feel ya! It was so hard not to cheat this weekend! I had to get creative with my food today to stay on plan. Keep going girl! You will get in the 150s! It took me a week to break into that next decade, but if you persevere, it comes! You really are doing awesome!!
Cheryl :)
